Shirataki (konjac noole)

put a chicken thigh in bakeware, sprinkle the <A>, cover them with a plastic wrap, heat for 5 minutes in a microwave oven (600w) and let them cool. Do not throw away the steamed juice and set aside (because we use it later).
Put the shirataki in colander, rub them with sprinkled salt and wash them with running water. Drain and wrap them with a paper towel and put them in baking dish. Then heat them for 3 minutes in a microwave oven (600w) without plastic wrap.
Simmer <B> in the pot. Then add the steamed juice (in bakeware in ①), ② and the bean sprouts and stew them quickly.
Serve them in the bowl. Then put the chicken (of ①) cut into thin shape, chopped coriander and the lemon cut into conmb on the vessel.
Carbohydrate can be off by changing the rice noodles in konjac ones!
There is no dissatisfaction because there is a richness to the soup.
